Refund policy

Two-years warranty

According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act consumers have a two-year legal warranty. It means that the consumer has the right to complain  about faulty goods for a period of 2 years. After 2 years, the consumer may no longer make a complaint. There is a defect only if the fault or cause thereof was present when the product was delivered. The complaint does not apply to defects or damage caused by incorrect handling of the item. You must complain and contact us in a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect.

 

Right of withdrawal

Even if food and beverages is not covered by Consumer Contracts Act our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date you received the product. If you would like to return the product for a refund during this period, you may do so provided the conditions below have been met. You can choose to exchange the product for another one with the same value or get your money back (delivery costs excluded). Please note that if the period of 7 days has lapsed, we can’t, unfortunately, offer you a refund. 

 

Return conditions

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 - Product must be unopened
 - Product must be in original packaging
 - Product must be unused
 - Product must not be damaged

In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. 

 

Proof of purchase

To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. 

 

Shipping items

Returns can be sent to: Løjtegårdsvej 125,2770, Kastrup.

You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return. We will not refund the shipping costs. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.

 

Refund payment

In order to issue a refund we will ask you bank information in form of Reg. No and  Account No.
